Progressions / IAG Coach

About the role

We are looking for an engaging and motivated Progressions / IAG Coach to support participants facing complex barriers. You will deliver tailored support that builds confidence, develops employability skills and helps individuals move towards sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants, providing structured support from initial engagement through progression planning and evaluation.
• Offer ongoing guidance and encouragement to keep participants engaged and focused on their goals.
• Deliver both one‑to‑one and group‑based interventions aimed at removing barriers, developing skills and supporting community reintegration.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and connect participants with housing, health, and substance‑misuse support.

Required profile

• Experience working in a target‑driven environment and meeting KPIs.
• Mentoring experience; an IAG Level 3 qualification is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• IT literate, full clean UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
