Project Architect – Commercial Office Projects

About the role

This position offers the chance to join a collaborative studio in London, working on ambitious, design‑focused commercial office projects. You will be involved from concept through completion, contributing to a diverse portfolio that includes workplace developments, listed‑building retrofits and high‑profile fit‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support projects across RIBA Stages 0–7, with a strong focus on Stages 3–5.
• Develop coordinated technical packages and detailed design information.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors and internal design teams.
• Maintain high design standards throughout project delivery.
• Produce and oversee high‑quality drawing and presentation outputs.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with ARB registration (preferred).
• Proven experience on commercial office projects.
• Strong background in listed‑building retrofit, workplace fit‑outs and design‑led refurbishment.
• Excellent technical knowledge and delivery experience at RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Working knowledge of all RIBA stages.
• Portfolio demonstrating outstanding design ability and presentation quality.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
