Project Architect – Hospitality & Commercial Design

About the role

We are partnering with a growing boutique architecture studio in London renowned for imaginative hospitality and commercial design. The studio seeks a talented Project Architect to lead several exciting new schemes, taking ownership from concept through to on‑site delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day project management across all RIBA stages.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and wider project teams.
• Produce high‑quality technical and planning packages.
• Oversee on‑site coordination and contract administration.
• Contribute to design direction, studio initiatives and project reviews.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with UK‑based project experience.
• Proven track record delivering hospitality and commercial projects.
• Strong design development, detailing and project delivery skills.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and hands‑on attitude.
