Project Coordinator (Construction / Scaffolding / Renewables)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with a construction or scaffolding background to join a fast‑growing renewables business in Poole. You will be responsible for coordinating a single site at a time, delivering solar PV, high‑end windows and doors installations for residential and commercial projects across the South of the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities on one project site, ensuring timely delivery of solar panels, windows and doors.
• Support Project Managers with scheduling, cost tracking and progress reporting.
• Work closely with senior team members to plan project budgets and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with installers, suppliers and subcontractors to maintain health and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and assist in resolving on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in construction, roofing, solar, electrical or windows & doors.
• Ability to commute to Yeovil/Poole area.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
