Project Coordinator (Full‑Time, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join Whipped Cream, a creative studio based in London. Working closely with the account management and production teams, you will keep experiential and creative projects moving smoothly from brief to delivery, both on‑site and behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account and Production teams in delivering projects end‑to‑end, from briefing through to wrap‑up.
• Create and maintain timelines, trackers and contact sheets to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Manage day‑to‑day logistics including research, supplier booking, venue arrangements, travel, crew and equipment.
• Assist creative development by gathering references, moodboards and cultural inspiration.
• Handle budget administration: collect quotes, track spend and help reconcile project costs.
• Attend shoots, events and live activations to provide on‑the‑ground support.
• Prepare pitch decks, proposals and presentation materials for new business and existing clients.
