Project Coordinator – Hybrid – Braintree

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join Advanced Water Infrastructure Networks (AWIN) in Braintree. Working in a hybrid model, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will support the flow of information between developers, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle non‑billing customer enquiries, log interactions and escalate when required.
• Produce and maintain detailed customer reports, update internal systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Facilitate the exchange of data between developers, contractors, customers and other stakeholders, uploading information to AWIN’s platforms.
• Develop and integrate new processes, manage trackers and keep timelines and contact details up to date.
• Assist the wider team with ad‑hoc tasks and collaborate across departments to meet evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Fast learner with a proactive mindset and strong organisational abilities.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal, able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with GIS tools.
• Familiarity with SharePoint for document management.
