Project Coordinator

About the role

Fisher German LLP is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join its thriving Infrastructure Services team in Glasgow. The role is permanent, full‑time and operates under a hybrid working policy, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage work‑in‑progress and purchase orders at a project level.
• Coordinate key project deliverables using bespoke project management systems.
• Maintain and organise the surveying team’s project trackers and report directly to clients.
• Liaise with internal surveying staff and external clients to provide project updates and reporting.
• Perform general project administration, including setting up files and compiling information.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all project aspects.
• Proven planning, problem‑solving and prioritisation skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication, capable of building effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
