About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a fast‑moving organisation in Glasgow. Working in a hybrid model between the London office and home, you will play a central part in coordinating and delivering key projects across the business. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping multiple workstreams on track and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day coordination of projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Manage timelines, milestones and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Facilitate project meetings, capture actions and hold teams accountable for progress.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk registers and status reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and blockers, escalating or resolving them promptly.
- Support resource planning, budget tracking and reporting as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or similar delivery‑focused role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
- Relevant project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP) is desirable but not essential.
