Project Coordinator

About the role

This is a full‑time Project Coordinator position with a commercial interior specialist based in Wirral, supporting sites mainly in Manchester. You will work in a supportive environment that offers training, hybrid working and clear pathways to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from hand‑over through to completion.
• Work closely with estimating and operations teams to plan delivery programmes.
• Maintain project trackers, programmes and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Organise labour and delivery schedules, conduct site surveys and snagging visits.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Sales Coordinator or similar.
• Background in interiors, construction or manufacturing.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Full UK driver’s licence.
