Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support a leading global healthcare and medical‑device manufacturer in Witney. The role offers hands‑on mentorship, exposure to global regulatory standards and a clear path to progress into full‑time project management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers in planning, tracking and coordinating activities across Quality Assurance, Validation and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Act as the central liaison between engineering, IT, quality and laboratory teams to keep actions on schedule.
• Maintain project plans, log milestones, track resource allocation and monitor budget spend.
• Support compliance documentation in line with FDA, ISO 13485 and GMP requirements and flag early risks.
• Prepare action logs, progress updates and draft presentations for local and global leadership meetings.

Required profile

• Previous exposure to a pharmaceutical, medical‑device or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and quality‑assurance processes.
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
