Project Coordinator (Leeds)

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in Leeds. Working closely with Project Managers, you will support hotel bedroom furniture projects from handover through manufacturing, delivery, installation and close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain project books, trackers and programme dates.
• Coordinate project launches, pre‑launch meetings and lessons‑learned reviews.
• Record and chase actions from meeting minutes.
• Arrange client, supplier and subcontractor meetings.
• Monitor key supplier deliveries.
• Support manufacturing readiness and handovers to production.
• Assist with delivery planning, site readiness checks and logistics coordination.
• Prepare delivery documentation and installation packs.
• Collate project information and liaise with clients, suppliers, production, subcontractors and installation teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Deputise for the Project Manager when absent.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support or administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, furniture, interiors, fit‑out or construction is advantageous but not essential.
• Positive, proactive and team‑focused attitude.
