Project Coordinator – Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

Join an award‑winning architecture, interior design and build practice as the Project Coordinator for high‑end residential projects. You will work closely with the Head Architect, ensuring each bespoke home moves smoothly from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple luxury residential architecture and interior design projects from inception to handover.
• Support the Head Architect by managing priorities, schedules, meetings and day‑to‑day operations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to guarantee seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones and documentation, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing is overlooked.
• Act as the central point of coordination across project teams, maintaining clear communication and progress.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive and able to anticipate needs.
• Experience supporting senior leaders, architects, project managers or directors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidence when dealing with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a solutions‑focused approach.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver work to the highest standard.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management software (any platform).
