Project Coordinator – On-site (UK Time Zone)

About the role

vFairs is looking for an on‑site Project Coordinator working within the UK time zone. You will guide customers through the entire lifecycle of their events, from post‑contract onboarding to ongoing subscription support, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the customer onboarding experience, building strong relationships from day one.
• Drive customer loyalty and product adoption by providing proactive guidance and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery of event solutions.
• Assist operations and quality functions by tracking, documenting, and reporting on service levels.
• Analyze and resolve product complaints or quality issues in line with company and regulatory standards.
