Project Coordinator / Resident Liaison Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Resident Liaison Officer to join Morgan Sindall Property Services’ Planned Works Hub in Welwyn Garden City. The role supports the delivery of refurbishment and planned maintenance projects for housing associations and local authorities, ensuring homes are improved and communities benefit.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating construction refurbishment and planned works from inception to completion.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and management systems, ensuring information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and risks, producing regular reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, residents and internal departments, communicating updates and resolving issues.
• Support Resident Liaison Officer duties on‑site, addressing resident queries and fostering positive relationships.
• Collaborate across operational and commercial teams to remove obstacles and improve processes.

Required profile

• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent administrative and coordination abilities with experience handling high volumes of bookings and trackers.
• Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Resident Liaison Officer role, preferably within construction or property services.
