Project Engineer – Desalination Projects

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support large‑scale desalination projects in London. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop technical documentation, prepare cost estimates, and deliver client workshops that drive sustainable water solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare process and technical documentation for large desalination plants.
• Develop high‑quality project presentations and technical proposals.
• Generate preliminary cost estimates, budgets, and commercial evaluations.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver client workshops to present and validate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in engineering, process design, or water treatment projects.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multidisciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of water treatment technologies.
• Experience with desalination processes.
