Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Engineer to lead engineering projects from concept through production. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate activities between engineering, production, suppliers and customers.
• Produce, review and maintain technical drawings, designs and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical and project‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project engineering or project management.
• Engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or composites is advantageous.
