Project Engineer / Package Lead – Nuclear Power

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer / Package Lead to join the Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) project team delivering the new Sizewell C nuclear power station. Based in Bristol (UK) or Marcq‑en‑Barœul / Courbevoie (France), you will coordinate technical interfaces and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical interfaces with the operator and client engineering teams.
• Lead internal stakeholders across Engineering, Qualification, Procurement and Logistics.
• Manage supplier contracts, including technical and contractual exchanges.
• Supervise custom manufacturing of equipment to meet technical specifications and traceability requirements.
• Monitor budgets, invoicing and contractual milestones.
• Ensure compliance with customer contractual and technical requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project reporting on progress, milestones and financial performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering project management experience, preferably in the nuclear or comparable industrial sector.
• Proven ability to optimise technical and financial aspects of projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills with diverse partners.
