Project Finance Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a global healthcare logistics organisation to find a Project Finance Manager for its high‑performing Finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will act as a finance business partner, delivering insight, modelling and strategic analysis for high‑value projects and investment decisions across an international business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with project and operational leaders to provide financial support for strategic initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, business cases and commercial decisions.
• Analyse project costs, performance, risks and expected returns, delivering clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning for strategic projects.
• Produce management reports, dashboards and financial commentary for executive decision‑making.
• Challenge financial assumptions and provide commercial insight on tenders and investment proposals.
• Monitor project governance, funding utilisation and benefits realisation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Financial Control and Management Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and project accounting.
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A reporting, planning processes and financial systems.

Required profile

• Strong technical finance skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate complex financial information into business insights.
