Project Lead & Document Controller – Travel Paid

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Lead and Document Controller to join our construction team on a permanent basis. Based on Liverpool Street, you will support multiple sites, ensuring all paperwork and project documentation are accurately managed while enjoying fully paid travel expenses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project support tasks and maintain smooth on‑site operations.
• Scan, upload and file all site paperwork, including method statements and inductions.
• Enter waste notes and import tickets into SMARTWASTE.
• Match deliveries and invoices using the company invoicing system.
• Manage timesheets and assist the site team with document production.
• Oversee utility disconnections and ensure compliance.
• Produce monthly reports and welcome clients on site.
• Upload documents to control portals such as Aconex and Asite, following naming conventions.
• Maintain electronic and hard‑copy registers, distribution lists and workflow monitoring.
• Assist with operations and maintenance manuals and project handover documentation.

Required profile

• Strong personality with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational and administration abilities.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and keep accurate time records.
• Previous site administration experience in construction is a plus.
