About the role

Join Ascent Flight Training as a Project Management Apprentice and gain hands‑on experience delivering cutting‑edge training programmes for UK military aircrew. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning how to manage real projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and monitor projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and customers.
• Track progress, budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects running smoothly.
• Communicate updates and present ideas to stakeholders.
