Project Management Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional to transition into a training and coaching role. You will deliver accredited project management courses to organisations across the UK, both virtually and in classroom settings, while contributing to the creation of high‑quality learning materials.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver project management training courses (virtual and classroom‑based) to professionals at various levels.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of course content, workshops, and e‑learning materials.
• Coach and mentor delegates to enhance their project management capabilities.
• Travel to client sites as required, including occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management with full lifecycle exposure.
• Previous experience delivering training or a strong interest in moving into a training role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders and learners.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
