Project Manager – 12-18 month Fixed Term (potential permanent)

About the role

This is a 12‑18 month fixed‑term Project Manager position with a family‑run construction business delivering cladding projects across London and surrounding areas. The role offers immediate start, a clear path to permanent employment, and the chance to influence project delivery and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cladding, remediation and maintenance projects ranging from £10k to £500k.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and project schedules.
• Work closely with senior leadership to influence operational processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contractors and site personnel to achieve successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Some experience as a Project Manager or in a similar construction role.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Construction knowledge; cladding knowledge is a plus.
• Strong experience overseeing packages in commercial and residential sectors.
• Residency within a commutable distance of Ilford.
