Project Manager – Building Products

About the role

The Project Manager – Building Products will lead large commercial masonry support projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from survey to handover. The role involves site inspections, coordinating sub‑contractors and suppliers, and ensuring safe, compliant delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of masonry support and building product projects.
• Visit sites as needed to conduct inspections and assessments.
• Coordinate sub‑contractors and suppliers to meet project timelines.
• Ensure works comply with health, safety and building regulations.
• Liaise with internal teams to understand site requirements and provide regular updates.
• Maintain knowledge of contracts, legislation and industry standards.
• Prepare and deliver handover documentation to clients.
• Produce accurate data for regional appraisals and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience within the construction industry.
• Experience with building products such as masonry support systems, brick slips, blocks, steel, concrete or facades is highly beneficial.
• Relevant degree or qualification (e.g., construction management, civil engineering) is advantageous.
• Organised, able to work under pressure on large‑scale projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of current building regulations.
