Project Manager – Building Services

About the role

The Project Manager – Building Services will lead the planning, execution and delivery of building systems upgrades, retrofits and new installations. You will work closely with clients, architects, construction managers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate technical activities for building systems upgrades, retrofits and new installations.
• Direct internal and external teams, subcontractors and vendors to ensure scope, timeline and budget compliance.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and prepare detailed project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Review and approve design drawings, ensuring proper mechanical and electrical installation requirements.
• Maintain project budgets, prepare change orders and manage schedules using MS Project or Excel.
• Oversee procurement, documentation and billing processes in collaboration with the Project Administrator.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing new project opportunities and managing a P&L.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage bids, tenders and proposals.
• Project management experience in M&E, facilities management, construction or a critical environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent, or at least five years of industry experience.
