Project Manager – Business Transformation (Hybrid, Leeds/Hull)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to join a growing professional services organisation that is investing heavily in technology, operations and customer experience transformation. The role will be based in Leeds (or Hull) on a hybrid basis and will focus on establishing project management best practice across a varied portfolio of business change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple transformation projects, developing detailed plans and timelines.
• Maintain and update RAID logs to identify and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Align stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and timely decision‑making.
• Work directly with senior leadership while supporting cross‑functional teams.
• Help design and embed governance frameworks and project delivery methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing business‑change projects.
• Highly organised with a natural inclination for structure and governance.
• Confident interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities evolve.
• Desire for genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape project delivery.
