Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial fit‑out projects across hospitals, schools, universities and leisure venues. You will work closely with senior management and contracts managers, enjoying full autonomy over where and when you work.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update site programmes in collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
- Assist in planning and programming the initial set‑up of new sites.
- Visit multiple sites, monitor progress and report back to the Contracts Manager.
- Support commercial activities, including tender returns.
- Help ensure health and safety requirements are met on all projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Project Management, Contract Management, Refurbishment or Maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
