Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out

About the role

This role offers the chance to lead high‑end commercial fit‑out projects for an established main contractor in London, with autonomy, structured support and a clear progression path to Regional Director. You will be responsible for programme, safety, quality and client relationships across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high‑end fit‑out projects.
• Responsible for HSEQ and compliance on site.
• Ensure correct resources are in place and drive subcontractor performance.
• Prepare and manage RAMS; interpret and work to Construction Phase Plans (CPP).

Required profile

• Project Manager with experience within a fit‑out contractor.
• Confident managing RAMS, programmes and technical construction documents.
• Comfortable running weekly client meetings and communicating with stakeholders.
• Full UK driver’s licence.
