Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects for a leading global real‑estate consultancy in Central London. You will oversee projects from early planning through to handover, acting as the primary client liaison and ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for commercial fit‑out and refurbishment works.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Lead project planning, procurement, design management and risk management activities.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and financial updates.
• Administer JCT contracts and support fee proposals and client presentations.
• Oversee project close‑out, handover and post‑completion client relationship building.
• Mentor junior team members where appropriate.

Required profile

• Experience in a consultancy environment managing commercial projects in Central London.
• Degree in construction, property or a related discipline.
• MRICS qualification preferred, though other relevant backgrounds are considered.
• Proven delivery of office or mixed‑use refurbishment and fit‑out projects valued at £10m+.
• Strong knowledge of the Central London office market and client‑facing experience.
