Project Manager – Commercial Interiors (Fit‑Out & Furniture)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial interior and furniture projects across the UK and Europe. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors and internal teams to deliver high‑quality fit‑out solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of commercial interior and furniture projects, including scope definition, tendering and contract administration.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal departments to ensure project milestones are met.
• Review architectural drawings, prepare specifications and ensure compliance with current building regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits, including international travel every two weeks, to monitor progress, health & safety and contractor performance.
• Maintain project documentation, handovers and regulatory compliance.
• Support the Managing Director with business development and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in fit‑out, interiors, design‑and‑build, hospitality fit‑out, shop fitting, furniture or architectural metalwork.
• Willingness to travel internationally across Europe and the UK with overnight stays.
• Strong understanding of up‑to‑date building regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer

• Salary between £45,000 and £55,000 per year.
