Project Manager – Construction (12‑18 month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new‑build and high‑rise refurbishment projects across North London, with a focus on cladding works. This is a 12‑ to 18‑month fixed‑term contract offering a competitive salary of £40,000‑£55,000.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee new‑build construction and high‑rise refurbishment projects.
• Manage and coordinate cladding works from planning through completion.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and client specifications.
• Engage with stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct regular compliance and regulation checks.

Required profile

• Background in residential construction.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in residential projects, preferably with exposure to cladding.
• Ability to work on‑site in North London.
