Project Manager – Construction (Berkshire/Hampshire)

About the role

Join a well‑established, family‑owned regional main contractor operating across Berkshire, Hampshire and surrounding counties. As a Project Manager you will take full responsibility for delivering new‑build or refurbishment schemes ranging from £4.6m to £7m, working closely with senior management in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a designated construction project from mobilisation to handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply‑chain partners.
• Control programme, quality, health & safety and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with commercial, design and planning teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on multi‑million‑pound construction projects.
• Confidence in managing both new‑build and refurbishment works.
• Strong hands‑on approach and ability to work within a small, collaborative team.
• Excellent understanding of programme, quality and budget control.
