Project Manager – Construction Consultancy (Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join a growing construction consultancy in Bristol. The role offers full ownership of residential and purpose‑built student accommodation projects from inception to completion, with direct client exposure and a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential and PBSA developments from inception through to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Manage project programmes, risks and reporting.
• Oversee procurement and contract administration processes.
• Chair project meetings and prepare client updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure delivery aligns with client objectives and industry best practice.

Required profile

• Experience as a Project Manager or strong Assistant Project Manager within a construction consultancy.
• Proven experience delivering residential or purpose‑built student accommodation projects.
• Employer’s Agent experience is highly advantageous.
• Ability to take responsibility for projects and progress a career within a consultancy environment.
