Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

About the role

This is an opportunity to join a thriving boutique construction consultancy of around 40 professionals, recognised for delivering high‑quality building surveying, quantity surveying and project management services across London’s commercial property market. You will work alongside experienced directors and senior professionals on landmark projects while taking ownership of your own commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a diverse range of refurbishment and development projects from inception through to completion.
• Support senior colleagues on larger, more complex schemes.
• Independently manage your own portfolio of projects, overseeing programme, cost, quality and stakeholder management.
• Work across sectors including commercial offices, hotels, industrial, residential and mixed‑use projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a project manager within a construction/property consultancy or client‑side environment.
• A degree in Project Management, Building Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confidence to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a proactive attitude.
• Desire to develop a consultancy career, whether working towards professional accreditation or already chartered.
