Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead construction projects for a fast‑growing SME based in South Nutfield. You will coordinate installations, liaise with clients and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards. Full training and mentoring are provided, so you can develop your skills on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise installation teams on site.
• Communicate with clients about surveys, installations and project updates.
• Prepare and adapt technical drawings and maintain project files.
• Attend sales and project meetings to report progress.
• Coordinate with material suppliers on technical specifications and additional requirements.
• Handle client queries, gather feedback and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Accept deliveries of materials and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Customer‑focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
