Project Manager – Digital Events

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital event platforms for international trade shows. Based mainly in our Clevedon office, you will work closely with development, customer experience and client teams to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of digital event projects, from specification through launch.
• Build and configure event platforms to maximise networking for organisers, exhibitors and delegates.
• Provide guidance and training to clients and platform users.
• Collaborate with the Development team on new features and recommend improvements.
• Liaise with the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain internal systems, processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to support teammates.
• Experience in project management, preferably within events or trade shows.
• Technical and data‑savvy with a focus on delivering high‑quality products.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £30,000–£35,000 per annum, plus potential discretionary bonus.
