Project Manager (Ductwork/Metalwork)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of ductwork and metalwork projects for a leading UK manufacturer. Based in Bradford, you will oversee projects from inception through installation, ensuring they meet time, quality and client expectations while enjoying a strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control ductwork projects from start to finish.
• Manage the installation of ductwork and metalwork systems on site.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor progress, budgets and quality standards, taking corrective action when needed.
• Provide leadership and autonomous decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Production Manager in ductwork, sheet‑metal or related fabrication environments.
• Strong knowledge of ductwork systems and metal fabrication processes.
• Based in or willing to commute to Bradford/Leeds area.
• Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.
