Project Manager – Fixed‑Term (2‑Year) – Transport Fare System

About the role

Indra is seeking three experienced Project Managers to join a new Programme Management Team. The team will oversee the transformation of a large, complex fare revenue collection system for the transport sector, handling mobilisation, transition and transformation planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of specific workstreams and service groups, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and milestones.
• Support the development, coordination and governance of the Baseline Entry Plan.
• Drive Entry activities, guaranteeing outputs are complete, validated and aligned across all workstreams, clients and stakeholders.
• Track, manage and report risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID) with clear impact articulation and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure readiness for transition, including resource planning, knowledge transfer, tooling and service processes.
• Support programme governance and provide regular status reporting to governance forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in large‑scale, complex programmes, preferably within transport or fare collection systems.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent risk and issue management capabilities.
• Experience delivering fixed‑term, transformation‑focused projects.
