About the role
Freshminds is seeking an energetic recruitment professional to join our team on a short‑term contract. You will support a large graduate hiring programme for a leading boutique investment bank, helping to attract and assess top‑tier candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Screen applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct technical and behavioural interviews.
- Organise networking events, including travel to Oxford and Cambridge.
- Contribute to shortlisting high‑calibre candidates for client consideration.
Required profile
- University degree (undergraduate or higher).
- Personable, friendly phone manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Short‑term contract from 24 August to 15 November 2026.
