Project Manager (Healthcare Market Research)

About the role

We Are Aspire is recruiting, on behalf of a multi-sector research agency, a Project Manager for healthcare market research. The agency works with major brands, government bodies and charities, using a purpose-led approach to create bespoke programmes and campaigns. The role is based in London, three days a week in the office, with a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of large-scale, complex projects, guiding delivery from initial ideas through to final reports
• Act as the link between clients and research teams, ensuring smooth execution and strong results
• Manage project lifecycles, budgets and financial performance while keeping research quality and client satisfaction high

Required profile

• Mid-level project manager experienced in market research, able to deliver high-quality work with strong ownership, organisation and attention to detail
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing pressure while keeping accuracy and consistency
• Curious and entrepreneurial, open to using AI and new technology to improve efficiency
