Project Manager – High-End Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end residential construction projects for a well‑established family‑run builder in the South West. You will be responsible for delivering prestigious luxury homes from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality and programme targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Lead on‑site teams, coordinate subcontractors and monitor performance.
• Maintain project programmes, quality standards and health & safety compliance.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders and commercial teams to ensure expectations are met.
• Control budgets, schedules and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑value residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor relationship management.
• Ability to work on‑site across Somerset and surrounding areas.
• Commitment to delivering projects safely and to the highest quality.
