Project Manager (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of both customer and internal projects. Working in a hybrid model (two days a week in our London office), you will manage scope, timeline, budget and risk while acting as the main point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery from sales hand‑over through to service‑desk transition, ensuring quality and continuity.
• Define, control and deliver against agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Maintain primary communication with customers, providing regular updates and managing delays.
• Own risk, issue and dependency management, escalating early when needed.
• Handle scope changes through formal change control and balance commercial impact.
• Manage project financials (P&L, WIP, billing readiness) to ensure clean invoicing.
• Support contract lifecycle management and act as a key user for delivery systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT/technology projects end‑to‑end.
• Confidence in managing senior stakeholders and protecting scope.
• Strong organisational, communication and commercial awareness.
• Understanding of project governance and reporting.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent methodology is a plus, not mandatory.
