Project Manager – Hybrid (Woking)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of digital transformation projects for public‑sector clients, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to a high quality standard. The role is hybrid, split between our Woking office and home working.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects from initiation to closure.
• Define and manage project scope, requirements, budgets, resources and timelines.
• Create robust project plans, work breakdown structures and monitor progress.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams and ensure clear ownership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Adopt modern delivery practices and utilise AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital or technology projects, preferably for public‑sector organisations.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation and risk management.
• Familiarity with modern project delivery methodologies and AI‑enabled automation.
