Project Manager II – Technology Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager II to lead the delivery of technology‑enabled initiatives within the Digital Business Solutions Portfolio. In this individual‑contributor role you will translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, bring cross‑functional teams together, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time and with quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of one or more moderately complex projects, defining business case, outcomes, schedules, milestones and responsibilities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering and business functions while maintaining alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Identify and remove obstacles, manage risks, issues and dependencies, and coordinate mitigation actions with clear escalation recommendations.
• Establish performance measures, analyse project data, monitor health of delivery and take corrective actions when needed.
• Drive timely decisions and collaborate with functional leads to resolve resource, capacity and priority constraints.
• Constructively challenge assumptions and current ways of working, proposing practical improvements to strengthen delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering moderately complex technology or software projects from initiation through implementation.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery practices.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills across multidisciplinary teams.
