Project Manager – Infrastructure & ServiceNow (ITAM/ITOM)

About the role

We are seeking a technology‑focused Project Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow implementations covering IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). You will coordinate design and deployment activities, ensuring seamless integration with networks, platforms, servers and data sources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end ServiceNow projects, from planning through to operational hand‑over.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow consultants on design, configuration and deployment of ITOM, ITAM and SAM modules.
• Oversee integration of asset discovery tools, MID servers and CMDB population.
• Ensure alignment of software license models with asset data and manage data migration.
• Drive transition to service readiness, including support models, runbooks and training for TechOps and Service Desk teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks and issues, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.
• Strong understanding of ITOM, ITAM and SAM processes and best practices.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and external consultants.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
