Project Manager – Integrated Marketing & Creative

About the role

We are a globally recognised consumer brand seeking a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of integrated marketing and creative initiatives. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, partnering with stakeholders across strategy, creative, production and operations to ensure projects meet brief, timeline and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of multiple marketing and creative projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate resources and act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate kick‑offs, planning sessions, status meetings and project reviews.
• Provide regular, clear updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering medium to high‑complexity projects on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
