Project Manager – IT Infrastructure Projects

About the role

This is an exciting full‑time opportunity to join Trusted Technology Partnership as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple IT infrastructure projects for our customers. You will work closely with clients to design, deliver and transition solutions that align with their business needs and IT strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to define project scope and deliverables.
• Produce core project documentation such as Project Initiation Documents, highlight reports and end‑of‑project reports.
• Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Track and report project times, costs and schedule against agreed budgets.
• Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans and ensure smooth hand‑over to live service.

Required profile

• Prince2 Practitioner, ITIL, PMP or equivalent qualification.
• Experience delivering desktop refreshes, server replacements, network or cloud infrastructure projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to build effective relationships.
• Highly organised, detail‑focused with proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

What we offer

• Salary £40,000‑£45,000 per annum.
• Company profit share (first £3,600 tax‑free, eligibility applies).
