Project Manager

About the role

Assystem is seeking a Project Manager to lead collaboration between two of the United Kingdom’s flagship nuclear infrastructure programmes. Reporting to the Head of Fleet Collaboration, you will ensure knowledge, data and best‑practice sharing across the programmes to maximise efficiency and deliver value.

Key responsibilities

• Drive effective collaboration and secure knowledge exchange between the two nuclear programmes.
• Support implementation of the Collaboration Agreement and ensure alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
• Develop, monitor and report on collaboration KPIs, providing insights for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Capture and apply lessons learned to improve safety, reduce costs and enhance programme delivery.
• Identify and develop opportunities for shared technology utilisation and process improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across both projects and act as the primary interface.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in large, complex engineering or construction programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Familiarity with nuclear or energy‑sector regulations is advantageous.
