About the role
The Project Manager will ensure every project aligns with organisational goals, timelines, budgets and safety standards, driving projects from initiation through to successful closure while coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure projects align with organisational goals, timelines, budgets and safety standards.
- Set up and monitor project budgets, provide revenue and cost advice, and participate in forecasting.
- Develop and maintain resource‑loaded schedules with detailed work breakdown structures.
- Manage day‑to‑day project activities, supervise operational personnel, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues, mitigate downtime, and ensure project progress.
- Assist customers with design concepts, conduct presentations, and support sales and marketing activities.
- Review and approve quality plans, technical procedures, and project documentation.
- Prepare project reports, forecasts, variance explanations, and financial/technical reports for management and clients.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years experience in Survey & Positioning practice.
- At least 5 years experience in Project Management or Project Controller/Assistant PM roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geodesy, Geomatics, Engineering or related discipline (desired).
- PMP certification (desired).
- Valid passport and ability to obtain visas for international travel.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Ability to use ERP, AutoCAD®, SolidWorks, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
