Project Manager – Major Infrastructure Projects

About the role

You will lead major infrastructure projects from award to completion, owning schedules, budgets, customer relationships and delivery outcomes. Working on a collaborative team, you will drive projects that leave a lasting impact on communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent bridge and structural projects through all phases.
• Own project schedules, budgets and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, construction and executive leadership.
• Maintain direct interaction with customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, high‑value infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to take ownership and drive projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and customer engagement.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across functional teams.
