Project Manager - Major Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Clapham, London team. The role is accountable for managing the scope, schedule and budget of major projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and proactive customer communication.
• Plan, direct and coordinate project activities to meet schedule and budget using KONE methodologies.
• Monitor and control project deliverables, risks, and financial performance.
• Lead the full‑chain project team and oversee safety and security compliance.
• Maintain master action log, lessons learned, and ensure proper handover to operations and maintenance.

Required profile

• Project management background.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Project financial management and cost control.
• General contractual and end‑to‑end delivery process understanding.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and norms.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
